This healthy, versatile whitefish provides seafood lovers with an excellent source of protein and offers a variety of cooking options from simple fish tacos to elegant main course Halibut Olympia, suitable for white table cloth restaurants.
Delivered from our fleet of local halibut fishermen, this popular flatfish ranges in size from 10 to 100 lbs, although most fish harvested are in the 10 60 lb range.
Halibut is harvested from Oregon to British Columbia and all around Coastal Alaska. Our fishermen typically fish around Kodiak Island and deliver their catch, cleaned and iced straight to our docks for processing.
