6 dozen tortilla chips

½ cup sour cream

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

½ cup chopped green onions

1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained

¼ teaspoon ground cumin

1 pound crabmeat

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese



Preheat oven to broil. Arrange tortilla chips on baking sheet in a single layer.

In a bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, green chilies, and cumin. Carefully fold in the crabmeat, and add salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon mixture onto chips. Sprinkle top with cheese and paprika.
